Errors in Safari 7 with Polymer 0.3.1 #523

[Error] TypeError: '[object Object]' is not a constructor (evaluating 'new URL(a.getAttribute("href"),b)') (polymer.js, line 12)
[Error] TypeError: '[object Object]' is not a constructor (evaluating 'new URL(a,this.ownerDocument.baseURI)') (polymer.js, line 12)

Mac OSX 10.9.2
Safari 7.0.3
Polymer 0.3.1

Polymer is now at 0.3.5. Please re-open with a test case if the problem persists. Thanks.
