Need Object.observe-enabled builders in waterfall

I ran into a problem where karma uses the browser user agent to report the browser name, so if we run both Chrome Canary and Chrome Canary with Object.observe, they both show up as the same browser. I can just turn on the flag for Chrome Canary while I figure out if there's a workaround if we want Object.observe testing ASAP.
