Small error in "Getting Started" tutorial #136

In the section "Binding between components and native elements" there's an error in the "index.html" code:

It imports the correct tag (tk-binding-to-elements) but in the body it tries to use the <tk-element>, which should be <tk-binding-to-elements>.
