Polymer.Import - handle 404's

I use polymer.import to load content on my page that is based of the url. When a user goes to a page that does not exist I need to be able to handle the 404 response my server sends. I am unable to do this currently with Polymer.import.

This is a feature request, not a bug report, but I wasn't sure where to make the request. If there is a place please let me know.
