Can't build 0.8-preview and there is no build information at all #1075

I want to write some patch for Polymer, but looks like it is better to do against 0.8-preview branch, there is much more activity there lastly.
But

npm install
grunt

Doesn't work, and there is no information why. Any suggestions?

Found build.bat, built with:

vulcanize polymer.html --csp  --strip -output dist/polymer.html

Really awesome approach)
