I'm running this issue with this project. It was working perfectly for some weeks but recently it stopped working. It looks like it's due to deprecations and changes on Twitter API v1.1. I'm not receiving anymore deleted tweets notifications from Twitter (on_delete Tweepy Stream method). The application is just storing new tweets, but never flagging as deleted.
Please let me know if you've been going across this problem, and how could you solve it.
