Context

this is looking great—it's an effective proof of concept.

Requirements

  • add the map to data-souces-v2 at app/map (a PR in that repo will close this issue)

@joshuagraber this isn't urgent, but if you get stuck in other work, I think this is well worth publishing, at the very least so we can easily show people the progress.

I don't remember if there were any changes we wanted to make to avoid blowing up our free tier mapbox. I can just monitor the billing!

@josh-chamberlain This is actually running off my mapbox account at the moment, so I would have to do the monitoring unless we create a PDAP account. Currently, we get 50k monthly map loads for free. There should only be one or two of those per session. Are we getting enough traffic that you think we'll blow thru that?

@joshuagraber Gotcha, thanks! I don't think we will have that much, no.

PDAP does have a mapbox account, though—would you mind if we used our token for the deployed version? This is mostly a matter of course so that if you win the lottery and leave us, we don't have to reverse engineer that bit of it.

Hey @josh-chamberlain for sure, that would be ideal. Just used my own for dev and forgot to ask about it. Also, our themes are currently defined in my account, so I'd want to move those over as well. If you can DM me the login info, I'll switch it all over.
