New frontend deployment

Description

This PR aims to deploy several features in production including:

• Login and dashboard frontend refactoring
• GitHub repositories load fixes
• Generic configuration updates
• Security & minor dependency updates
• Code cleanup

Changes include

• Bugfix (non-breaking change that solves an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change that adds functionality)
• Breaking change (change that is not backwards-compatible and/or changes current functionality)

Breaking changes

Previous accounts are unusable due to multiple configuration changes.
