Start the UI refactoring by updating the first page users see 👀 🚀

Expected behaviour

Update the Chakra theme if needed (be careful to the current usage, especially outside of the home page)

⚠️ We are still on React v17 and therefore Chakra v1, maybe it's time for an update?

Then, you can implement the Home Page 3 design you already created 🤩
