Describe the bug
Upon starting up Boilr for the first time, I observed that Boilr's config.toml, as well as other files, had been placed in my $HOME/.config directory (I would speculate this is because I have $XDG_CONFIG_HOME set explicitly to $HOME/.config)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install the non-Flatpak version of Boilr
Set $XDG_CONFIG_HOME to $HOME/.config
Start Boilr
Config files get placed in $HOME/.config
Expected behavior
Ordinarily (and based on the default codepath) I would expect Boilr's files to end up in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/boilr
Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Arch Linux
BoilR Version: 1.7.21 (installed from the AUR)
