When you have album with subalbums and pictures, subalbums occupy most of the space. When switched from grid view to list view - only subalbums are shown (pictures goes out of the screen).

You can see it in provided link - three subalbums and some pictures on the right.

Another, similar problem, when there is album with subalbums and pictures (just like in case described before) - it gets additional line of description in albums view. This additional lines disturbs alignment of other div's.
Example: http://gallery.ordugh.org/index/category/Travel
"Guilty" album is "Dive@Mallorca".

As you are using Bootstrap Darkroom, I would suggest you post issues there first: https://github.com/tkuther/piwigo-bootstrap-darkroom

Although the second thing you mentioned looks fine for me in Chrome.

I've checked this errors with "Bootstrap default" (and you can switch to this theme in my gallery) - since "dakroom" uses most of the work of default I think this place is a better one. But since you've mentioned :) It seems like this bug (the first one) is know at "darkroom" and it's because of GThumb+ plugin.
The second one - looks at my firefox (51/linux) like this:
error
Easy solution is to add additional line in every caption - but this is an ugly one solution ;)

I thought my test site had all these scenarios covered, perhaps it didn't.
I recently rebuilt my vm, so haven't setup Piwigo on it again yet but I'll sort that and check it out.
