A broken icon show next to comments

Hello, when I add a comment with the admin account, it shows next to it a image it does not find.
It seems to be because it tries to use gravatar. Could you add an option to disable gravatar? (I don’t like it, especially because it can know all sites I visit)

If you don't use Gravatar it should show you this image:

However, it shouldn't be difficult to add an option to disable it completely.
