Feature Request: Mobile (web) support

Please consider adding mobile support to this amazing application, it almost works right now, but whenever I create a ticket on my phone I have to click off the sidebar before I can edit a ticket which cancels creating one.

Same issue here — the application is simply perfect for users like me, who need to create tickets quickly. However, following that same mindset, it should also work properly on mobile devices, so it’s a bit frustrating that this is not the case.
