Quick and dirty compilation database generator.

Unlike Bear dcc does not use LD_PRELOAD or the like but instead is used as a replacement executable for the compiler. For example:

dcc $(pwd) gcc -DFOO foo.c

or

make CC="dcc $(pwd) gcc"
