Quicken does not allow Sorceries to be suspended at instant speed

What is the expected behaviour of the card?
-While Quicken is active, you should be able to suspend sorceries at instant speed.

What is the actual behaviour of the card?
-Quicken does not allow you to click on the suspend-able spell. I have tested this both with uncastable spells (like Profane Tutor) and normal suspend spells. With normal suspend sorceries, you're able to cast but not suspend.
