I would love it if I could

> SeriousWebCamSettings.exe -h
or --help  / -?

for help

> SeriousWebCamSettings.exe --list-devices
or -l

to list available devices (feature requested via GUI in #7)

SeriousWebCamSettings.exe --device <device> [configuration.sws]

to select a device from the previous device list. [and optionally load a Serious Webcam Settings file .sws]

Since the "choose device" option seems to be a hidden windows feature, I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a simple way to do this - but at least if it could open that dialogue that would be great.

even if all you added was --version and -v and a note when running via CLI that CLI is not supported that would help a lot with debugging.
