When importing a BOM file where there are 2 parts with different names but the same part, the warning gets displayed 1 item too low:
(0.1u = 100n)

I don't have 2 equal parts for where the warning is displayed. Neither 4.7uF nor is the part assigned twice. I promise.

I witnessed the same with duplicate parameters. The error message was displayed at the position of an parameter that was below the duplicate parameters. Maybe an array index problem?

Do you have some dummy BOM file for easy reproduction?
