ISSUE TYPE

KSP and BDA Version

```BDA: 1.3.5_beta
##### OS / ENVIRONMENT
WIndows 10
##### SUMMARY
Compatibility issue with Principia mod. When Principia is installed missiles do not accelerate, they retain whatever velocity the aircraft had when fired but do not accelerate or track targets. I believe this is caused by Principia not thinking that the missile is a "craft" so the thrust is not modeled. Only occurs if the aircraft is in flight, if the plane is landed then the missiles work fine, I think this is because Principia ignores "landed" craft.
I think the issue is with BDA only because it is currently in beta so it seems more likely, but it is possible that the issue is with Principia.
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Have BDA 1.3.5 and latest version of Principia installed. Have a plane with missiles take off and then fire those missiles. The missiles will show exhaust but not have any thrust, they will just fall out of the sky.
##### Log Files
Here is an error log that Principia generated when a missile was launched.
