版本、环境信息
1）PaddleHub1.6.1，PaddlePaddle1.7.1
2）系统环境：Windows10 python3.6.8
deeplabv3p_xception65_humanseg并不能有效的识别深色背景中的深色西装（特朗普演讲照片只能抓个头）、美少女的发饰、画面边缘的白色衣服、白色长袖正面的大范围图案、眼球转到一边去的人、人物手上的东西等

请扩大数据集，继续训练，谢谢

深色西装、白色长袖正面的大范围图案的bad case已经被我删除
其他的举例如下：
