开启lac 不成功

AttributeError: module 'paddle.fluid.core_avx' has no attribute 'is_compiled_with_ngraph'
py是3.7 其他的hub 都是最新。但进行hub install lac==2.2.0 时就是不成功 windows cpu 下

问题描述里这个错误，是在安装了lac后出现的？没有装lac时正常吗？

是的，我先用了一次 别人写的七夕生成情话，把CMD关掉后。另行起API就不可以了。重启电脑也不可以。最后我卸载掉重新安装了一遍才行。我应该关掉了CMD窗口 端口号会自动断开的吧？所以有点困惑

很抱歉这么久才回复，请问这个问题现在还需要我们继续排查吗？看上去你是在PaddleHub上使用的，我这边可能不太好确认具体的原因。
