The repository uses the Apache License Version 2.0, but the file copyright.txt which is included in PageToPdf_1.1.3.zip from the latest release says "This software in its entirety must not be copied, distributed or used without permission from PRImA." The code also uses the iText PDF library which is released under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.

So there are three competing licenses for prima-page-to-pdf. iText's AGPL 3 requires that any derived code must adhere to the same license. So using the Apache license or the proprietary PRImA license looks wrong.
