麻烦同学将 paddle.nn.functional.kl_div 的所有 [not compare] 出错配置在 tester/api_config/5_accuracy/accuracy_gpu_error_grads_diff.txt 中复制一份，便于管理与后续修复～

增加paddle.nn.functional.kl_div返回grad配置，返回有两个值，取前一个值
