Current Situation

I’ve noticed the SwitchBot app offers now three modes of speed: standard (fast), quiet drift (super slow so you can’t hear it) and silent (slower than standard but still audible).

I’ve noticed the spec specifies only two speeds for curtain 3 omitting the middle (silent) one.

Proposed Change

It would be awesome if this additional speed option was available and documented in the Bluetooth open spec.

Additional Context

This setting only appears in the schedules tab (not sure about automations - I don’t have cloud services on so I can’t check these).

I think I wanted to create this request under https://github.com/OpenWonderLabs/SwitchBotAPI-BLE but it somehow landed here 🤔

Just wanted to bump this issue to ask if there is maybe any new information available? I think Switchbot firmware received an upgrade recently which now allows setting the "default" mode in the settings (including the middle speed) 🤞

I also saw a related feature request in the API repo
