Because the proposals are linked by a number of categories now (SDG, personnel group, county, etc), there is the possibility of creating a distance between any two proposals. Then listing the most similar proposals, and how they are similar.

Some cool ideas here, but ultimately useful for navigating the proposal web, which we've moved on from. Maybe for next time!
