From my limited understanding SoC is Anyka AK3918AV100 & WiFi chip is AltoBeam 6012B, camera sensor SC3336. Is there any chance there are suitable or adaptable builds for this camera? Thank you :)

I'd be interested to know as well. I recognise the hardware information. These cameras are all over Aliexpress for around $20. Sold to me as "MOESTuya WiFi Indoor Pan/Tilt Smart Security Camera 4MP HD Infrared Night Vision Motion Sound Detection Monitor Panoramic Patrol"
I have three currently. The included firmware is buggy and broken. ONVIF barely works. Many features are tied to a subscription. The cameras reboot multiple times per day where the camera goes through the full range of motion before it returns to it's previous settings. After a few months two of them have suffered failures where the internal power wires that connect to the USB-C board break at the connector and it's hard to repair. I soldered the wires to test points on the board and covered it in hot glue for strain relief. They continue to work.
The Tuya integration with Home Assistant makes them useful. Better software could make them so much more.
