--use-titles does'nt work with OCDS records #355

If you use the --use-titles option with OCDS records with compiled releases, all the columns, but the ocid, remains as paths ('compiledRelease/tender..' etc) not as Titles.

What if you set --root-list-path to the compiled release (or the releases array), and then supply the release-schema as the schema? In any case, what is the command you are running?
