Describe the bug

The built-in start button does not change when pressed. It stays on the hover animation.

Taskbar

To reproduce

  1. Use Windows 7
  2. Click the start button without using a custom button.

Expected behavior

The pressed button image would appear when the start menu is open.

Open-Shell version

4.4.194

Windows version

Windows 7

Additional context

This might also be an issue with Windows 8, 8.1, and early versions of 10.
