Command line to upgrade existing Open-Shell to 4.4.170

Is there a command-line way to silently upgrade Open-Shell from 4.4.13x and 4.4.16x to 4.4.170?

I've tried extracting the 64-bit MSI and passing the following install commands but it just terminates.

OpenShellSetup64_4_4_170.msi /qr ADDLOCAL=StartMenu /lv log.txt

(I only want the menu, not Classic Explorer or Classic IE or Update)
