While account is locked, i can't sign out #191

when i sign in with account that is locked,
i got message "There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser." with a Cancel button

But when i press Cancel, i can't sign in with another account,
it seems that SDK keeps in "Sign in" state
how can i return to the "Sign in" page?
