Unable to authenticate to Microsoft Personal Account

Whenever i try to connect using the SDK with personal account, i get the below error:
OneDrive SDK ERROR : Error reading code from response

This error shows on clicking "Next" after entering the email on the first login page and the popup view for authentication closes immediately and i get the above error in the debug console.

The popup closes even without asking for password.
