From 4cf7359985f079bbacf5da915c2e4e2aade224fc Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: jonahgabriel Date: Wed, 10 Jun 2026 23:30:19 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] evidence(OMN-12934): bind PASS receipt to omnibase_core backmerge PR #1226 Adds dod-core-dev-backmerge-clean receipt (binds commit_sha 730c67b8f / PR #1226) so the omnibase_core main->dev backmerge clears the Receipt Gate OCC eligibility check. Re-stamps all OMN-12934 receipts' contract_sha256 to the updated contract hash (new evidence item added).
