From a3ab717d07e5379971621d76568e9d3c537f31c3 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jonah Gray Date: Fri, 3 Jul 2026 11:25:59 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] ci(OMN-13914): add synchronize+reopened to pr-title-check trigger Fan-out of the OMN-13909 canary fix (onex_change_control PR #3542, merged) to close the required-check merge-wedge in this repo's pr-title / check-title caller. types: [opened, edited] never re-reports the required context on a push without a title edit, wedging mergeStateStatus BLOCKED even when every other check is green.
