From 8de5398d61a6fa2cf6c64ed1f1f3a900907eeb38 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Jonah Gray Date: Fri, 3 Jul 2026 11:14:46 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] fix(OMN-13910): bump project.version 0.46.4 -> 0.46.5 dev has accumulated packaged-source changes since the 0.46.4 release train published, so the OMN-13411 release-identity gate fires on every PR to dev regardless of content (confirmed on OMN-13875's omnibase_core#1381, workflow-YAML-only). This is the gate's own prescribed remedy: bump project.version past the published version. uv.lock regenerated (embeds the self-version).
