Description -
On-Send web addin does not load on new outlook when meeting invite is responded with Accept or Tentative or Decline option

Steps to Reproduce -

1. Open New Outlook.
2. Open the received meeting request on New Outlook.
3. Respond the meeting with with Accept or Tentative or Decline option.

Expected Result -

1. When meeting invite is responded with Accept or Tentative or Decline option, web addin should get loaded.

Actual Result -

1. On-Send web addin does not load even though send action is triggered when meeting invite is responded.
