Unable to update note field settings

I had changed the fields by mistake when i was adding a new note type and now it does not update anymore.

I've tried this regenerate button but does not do any thing, I have also restarted obsidian and anki and also my computer.

FWIW, I was able to force the plugin to reread the note field settings by manually clearing the data. I.e., I performed the following steps:

1. Close the Obsidian app (out of an abundance of caution)
2. Edit the vault’s .obsidian/plugins/obsidian-to-anki-plugin/data.json file, replacing the top-level fields_dict with an empty object, {}.
3. Re-open the Obsidian app
4. Now the Regenerate Note Type Table action will bring in up-to-date data! But just once.
