For unknown reason the demo pipeline notebooks don't render, giving instead 'an error occured' with 'Using nbformat v5.10.4 and nbconvertv7.16.1'. I wonder if this is a issue caused by GitHub?

This could be an issue with Ghub since other notebooks in other repos have the same problem/error.
