MatrikonOPC Explorer doesn't see sample application server

We are running the client and server applications on the sample application and we can connect from client to server but we can't connect from MatrikonOPC Server Explorer to server or from any other OPC Explorer's to server. Can you help us why MatrikonOPC and others can't see server ?

Could you check if the trust relationship between application certificates is configured?

Hi,

Matrikon OPC Explorer is based on OPC DA (AE & HDA also) specification not UA. Nothing is common between OPC DA and OPC UA from the communication point of view.
It's quite like trying to connect Firefox to an Ua Server.

Uses OPC UA Expert explorer (Unified Automation) for instance.

@fchaxel Oh now i see. Thank you for information. So i should find a DA based server and try it with MatrikonOPC then.
