I have cloned the repository into a new Cloudera AI project and I am following the instructions in the Contribution Guide to install pre-commit: https://onsdigital.github.io/rdsa-utils/contribution_guide/#installing-pre-commit-hooks-in-your-development-environment

When running pre-commit run --all-files in the Cloudera AI terminal, the process stalls when installing an environment for gitleaks
