Census related data, and software update schedule estimate

Create estimated schedule for tool updates.

For example, when, and on what schedule do we expect to need to update;

• dis-aggregated census data, and estimated future census data?
  • does update include revised urban areas? if so what does tool currently support such change sets?
    -various software tools / libraries that the tool depends on, as the underlying tools /utilites evolve to newer versions?

For example in approx 2022, add/update base 2020 census data.

TPAU task needs to be specified by PTD;

TPAU Task:
Create fresh set of population/demographic estimates, estimates should be in sync with PSU pop center estimates. Process should be documented. Consider adding new urban areas in future estimates. Decide on appropriate update timing....

Interline/Consultant Task:
Update TNExT with revised demographic data. Document update process. Consider software modification/support for demographic updates
