Hmm. The superficial problem is that no topic IDSPACE has been assigned. The DUO authors probably just made a mistake.

The deeper problem is that the resulting page is not helpful at all. It's falling through to OCLC (see #251 and several others) then BBOP then S3 I guess. This is similar to #316.

We should remove the fall throughs and fix the error handling.
