This PR removes the mapping between COB:0000022 (organism) and CARO:0001010, as was discussed in #248.
In OBI's COB import test, we found that the COB import is bringing CARO:0001010 into OBI; by removing the mapping, I'm aiming to make it so that ontologies importing COB will get COB's ID for organism instead of CARO's.
If I've missed any steps here, just let me know, and I'll add a commit accordingly.
