    * Replace all dates with WORK-IN-PROGRESS
* Append a date segement (as WORK-IN-PROGRESS) where missing
* Adjust refs and other fields to WORK-IN-PROGRESS
* Remove mention of specific patch releases
* Use capital-D Document and Description according to new rules
