Remove ember-template-imports, beacuse it's not compatible with Vite #11
- Use content-tag in @glint/environment-ember-template-imports typed-ember/glint#609
  - Use content tag typed-ember/glint#615
    - Add an API for parse metadata so that content-tag can be used with eslint, prettier, and glint embroider-build/content-tag#19

To have working Glint, we need to remove ember-template-imports
