Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(desktop): show a visible focus state on row-list
 keyboard focus

Tabbing through any row list (cron jobs, run history, sessions,
capabilities, ...) gave no visual indication of which row was focused.
The app kills every native outline and Tailwind focus-visible:ring-*
globally (styles.css, "no focus rings, anywhere"), and the shared
row-hover utility only reacted to :hover, so keyboard users landed on
a row with zero affordance -- the cron kebab only became findable
because its own opacity toggled, with no ring to see either.

Extend row-hover to also match :focus-visible (when the utility sits
directly on the focusable element) and :has(:focus-visible) (when it
wraps one, e.g. PanelListRow), reusing the exact hover background.
This is the same pattern already used elsewhere in styles.css for
keyboard-only highlights. Also add has-[:focus-visible]:text-foreground
next to PanelListRow's existing hover:text-foreground so the focused
row's text brightens to match, not just its background.

Drop the now-fully-superseded focus-visible:ring-* classes on the
cron run-history row button (cron/index.tsx) -- row-hover covers it.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix(desktop): brighten session row title text on keyboard
 focus too

SidebarRowShell already picks up the row-hover background fix from
the previous commit (same shared utility as the cron rows). But the
session title itself brightens via group-hover:text-foreground with
no focus-visible counterpart, so tabbing lit the row background
without the text following -- same asymmetry PanelListRow had.

Add group-has-[:focus-visible]:text-foreground alongside the
existing group-hover class.
