Use case: I want to read the entire list of services. Currently, I have to select Category 1, scroll through the list, scroll back up and then select Category 2, and so on. It would be nicer if I did not have to scroll back up – either because the category selection is also visible below the list, or because it automatically jumps to the next category if I scroll over the end of a list.

Additionally, a button to expand all categories would be helpful.

I especially dislike that the next category might be above or below... One possible approach here would be to repeat the "current" line above and below when expanding a section.
