From 54337e5573d537c092a9728dc26efd792dab2d7a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: nish3451 <257724087+nish3451@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Wed, 12 Aug 2026 12:44:42 +0530 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(public): refresh the study figures to the 2026-08-12 scan The homepage, audit, pricing, and specimen pages promise "this number is today's" and "refreshed daily", but the served figures (53 of 89) came from the 2026-08-06 snapshot. The daily scan has produced newer snapshots (2026-08-09, 2026-08-11, 2026-08-12) that never reached this repo, and the scan's deploy step is skipped (no Cloudflare token env file), so the live claim drifted six days from reality. - Bring the three newer snapshots into study/snapshots/ (the daily record is the asset; render.py --check now passes against the true newest scan). - Re-run study/render.py to rewrite the data-study spans from the 2026-08-12 snapshot: 55 of 90 readable (was 53 of 89), 57 with no price (unchanged), nine blocked by bot protection (was ten). Verified: python3 study/render.py --check passes; npm run check and npm test pass (92 tests, 0 failures); git diff --check clean. --- public/audit.html | 8 +- public/index.html | 8 +- public/pricing.html | 2 +- public/specimen.html | 2 +- study/snapshots/2026-08-09.json | 975 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ study/snapshots/2026-08-11.json | 978 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ study/snapshots/2026-08-12.json | 975 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 7 files changed, 2938 insertions(+), 10 deletions(-) create mode 100644 study/snapshots/2026-08-09.json create mode 100644 study/snapshots/2026-08-11.json create mode 100644 study/snapshots/2026-08-12.json diff --git a/public/audit.html b/public/audit.html index a64673df..4d603437 100644 --- a/public/audit.html +++ b/public/audit.html @@ -88,11 +88,11 @@
We read eighty-nine of them — clinics, surgeons, dentists, spas, private members' clubs, property, supercar dealers, yacht brokers, private aviation, watch dealers, Savile Row tailors, interior designers and premium climate control — across London, New York, Miami, Dubai, Monaco, Beverly Hills and Fort Lauderdale. Fifty-three settled nothing a buyer needs settled before they will commit — not what happens next, not who it is for, not what it costs to be wrong. Fifty-seven showed no price either, though we count that differently: withholding a figure is often a deliberate act, and discretion is part of what some of these businesses sell. Answering nothing at all is nobody's strategy. That is the difference we look for — the gap between what a business chose and what simply happened to it. We re-read the set continuously, so this number is today's.

+We do not publish client work. No logos, no case studies, no testimonials, no "as seen at." If you engage us, nobody learns it from us — not on a site, not in a pitch deck, not in a conversation with your competitor down the road.
Market research is the opposite, and we share it freely. The eighty-nine-site study reads public homepages of businesses that are not our clients and have no relationship with us — you are welcome to all of it, industry by industry. What we never share is anything belonging to someone who paid us. Read the specimen →
