This is custom implementation of the OpenMRS EMR for Nigeria #Nigeria Address Hierarchy Upload the address Hierarchy module (https://addons.openmrs.org/#/show/org.openmrs.module.addresshierarchy) from OpenMRS Adds-on repository and following the wiki to configure it then upload the Nigeria address hierarchy.
