长帮助的处理建议 #26

建议将长帮助和描述合并成一个参数,思路如下:
1.常规显示时,描述超出一定长度后,后面部分截断,显示为"..."
2.如需显示完整的的描述,使用help cmd 的指令模式

合并后整体程序处理会简单不少,而且感觉这样使用起来会更符合实际使用的习惯

感谢，一直觉得现在定义命令宏太多了，下一步就这样修改了
