setVar 这个指令必须配合SHELL_AUTO_PRASE来使用才正常,否则就无法解析,建议用宏定义区分开两种不同传参方式

另外shell内部集成的 Help 需要SHELL_AUTO_PRASE = 0 ,和 setVar 刚好相反,这样也就意味着无论SHELL_AUTO_PRASE 如何设置,都有会部分功能缺失

steVar需要借助参数解析的，help应该两种传参方式都是可用的，这块可以再优化下

steVar也是可以改成在函数内部调用解析函数解析内容的,实现原理都一样,只是接口方式不同而已
