Video not received

I tried sending the sample video that you had given. The response says that the video is sent. But, it is not received. I have faced the same issue while sending through curl also. I get a 200 response, but don't receive the video

This is not related to the 24 hour window. So, it is a separare issue. I seem to be able to send, text, images and even GIFs. Youtube videos don't seem to work. I can send the video as a text message with the link preview on, but I am trying to see if sending a youtube video through the send video function works.

I would suggest to try removing the "+" at the beginning of the phone number. Just 91xxxxxxx.

Maybe this can be a solution?
